PRC recently broadcast on “Chinese talents show”, the latest one ushered in an” up out of the reach of people” – handicap pianist Liu . The guy lost both arms but he use his feet for a smooth playing of the song “dream wedding”, the entire audience was inspired, the three judges rose to applaud, one of the judges Annie with tears, said you must let your child watch this show. And, like all young people, Liu Wei from Beijing have their own dreams, his vision is to become a leading music producer. Unfortunately, he lost both arms in an incident when he is 10 years old. In the show, he calmly tells his own misfortune, the screen also showed him how to dress, brushing his teeth, eat, and play the computer etc, all completed with the legs. Liu Wei said, in pain, he asked his mother, how do I eat ? Mom’s answer was simple, you have to practice to eat yourself , otherwise when we’re old , who take care of you? Question: How to flirt with the guy I like? Really long?
This is gonna be really long, just sayin’ 
I first started talking to him waaaay back in like January. He lives in my town, but went to a different school. We talked on Facebook, and I kind of liked him. But I didn’t really know him, so I just forgot about it. I saw him once at the movies in like April, and that’s when we first met. It wasn’t much though. Then I saw him at the pool during the summer. He swam up to me and started talking to me, no big deal. BUT, school’s started. And we go to the same highschool We have 2 classes and lunch together. The first day he came right into class and sat right beside me. We talked and sat by each other for a couple of days till the teacher assigned us seats so then he sat all the way across the room from me. Then the weekend after the first week, he texted me Sunday night about a homework assignment. We texted a little but not much. One important part of the conversation:
Me: We have to write our names in our books.
Him: Hah, my book hasn’t even left my locker.
Me: Yeah, well it’d be just my luck that I wouldn’t bring it and we’d end up needing it.
Then at lunch that day, the same friend that was in class with us was like “Who do you like?” And I told her, and she goes “Oh my gosh! I could tell by the way you guys were acting!” So the next day at school we get to class, where our teacher says “Get out your books”. And he didn’t bring it. We just looked at each other and laughed because of the irony of the situation, lol. My friend turned around with a really confused look on her face and we were both just like “Never mind.” Then after lunch in the class we have together, we had a sub, so I hurried up and got my work done so I could go sit with him and his/my friend. I went over there and we all 3 just talked about casual stuff. Then we all walked together after class and talked. The next day (Tuesday), we were in class. We had to get in groups so he comes over and sits by me and his/my friend come over too. Me and him talked. But the thing is, there was a time where our legs were touching. He didn’t move and neither did I, haha. And then when I said something (not so smart) he patted me on the back sarcastically, lol. Then Wednesday, when I first got to school I went to my locker, when I was done and went to go to class I hear someone behind me calling my name. I turned around and it was him, so we talked for about 10 minutes. Then at lunch he came up to me when I was sitting with my friends. He started talking to me, but I didn’t know what to talk about so I kinda sorta cut the conversation short :/ Then after lunch, we went up to the area where everyone hangs out, and I was looking for him. I turned around and saw him, and he saw me so he walked over and started talking to me and my friend. We started talking about music and some other things until the bell rang, but since we have the same class we just walked together and talked. When we got to class his friend that he usually sits with wasn’t there, so I told him that I would sit by him We had to get with a partner, and he just looks right over at me and so we were partners. Lol. We talked alot that day and worked on our project we were supposed to be working on. Then after class we walked together. Today, we were working on the same project but he came over and sat with me (even though we didn’t have to have the same partner and his friend was there today) and we all talked and stuff. Then when I got home I talked to him on Facebook. He told me I could borrow his cd of this one dude sometime, and that he wants me to buy him a ticket to the football game and he’ll pay me back. So really, I basically just described everything and I don’t really know why. Haha, but i wanna know does it sound like he likes me and how can i flirt with him? thanks!

Question: Does anyone like the Twilight movie better than the book?
I know someone who likes the movie better than the book.
Now you can’t say they’re a tween, because this person is 20.
She started reading the book, but said it was “tedious” and “boring”
Maybe people feel more intelligent by criticizing the movie, or even the book.
Like they’re better or above it all, and have a higher taste of literature or the arts…
Same with people who hate mainstream music…
They don’t want to become “fangirls”?
I just hear SO MANY “I LoVE THE BOOK BUT THEY RUINeD THE MOVIE! THE BOOK WAS SO MUCH BETTER!”

I thought so when I first saw the movie. I thought “wow that wasn’t as good as the book”
Then I read the book again, and thought “Wow this is actually kind of boring”.
I struggled to get through it. Maybe it was just the large print?
Or that it’s over talked about..
***The movie was low budget, and not very well done.
It’s hard to understand without reading the book, which most of the fans had already done.
Some were confused.
But it was definitely not about the acting skill or “special effects” 
You can’t really compare movies to books.
It’s hard…you can’t please everyone.
Part of the fun is having actors to see, instead of imagining and fantasizing about them…not that I do that.
It can be disappointing to see the actors though.

The movie was decent, but it was a low budget Indie. I adore the Twilight Saga, but the books aren’t that great.
I have no idea why they’re so addicting since it’s such bad literature.
Crack/Cocaine in the binding?

Question: Can you license a book like music? Does that prevent people from reselling it? Legal / Copyright Issue?
My husband bought a real estate how-to book and it has this warning in the front:
“All of our materials are protected under federal and state copyright laws………. All matierals you buy are licensed (or, in the case of other author’s works, sublicensed) to End Users and not sold, notwithstanding use of the terms “sell” “purchase” “order” or “buy” on the Site. Your license is nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, limited and for use only for you, the end user, and you ONLY. That means YOU CANNOT SELL, TRADE, COPY, ASSIGN, LEASE OR LICENSE YOUR RIGHTS IN THESE MATERIALS.”
Now, I understand what that means… but is it actually true? I thought a copyright was a copyright… and not a license. I thought a license was something that came with music and movies. People resell books all the time… entire industry of reselling books… So what’s up with this disclaimer? Is it valid? How do you make something ‘licensed’ instead of just ‘copyrighted’? How can I verify this ‘license’ exists? Does it exist just because this page says it exists?
Nothing in the book (which is really just a binder full of photocopies that they made and sold) actually says the usual license warning stuff that’s on the back of CDs and movies. All it says is ‘Copyright 2005 All Rights Reserved”.
The reason I want to know is because, without having read this warning, I listed it on eBay and the ‘copyright owner’ keeps having it flagged down, saying I’m not allowed to resell it. It’s driving me nuts. I feel like I got scammed…
If it matters, this is regarding the book “Apartment House Riches” by Dave Lindahl. Hint… do not buy it if you plan on reselling it once you’ve read it.

You can license (or sublicense) any or all rights in ANY copyrighted work, which includes books. That means that the author of the book can grant a license to a publishing house to reproduce and distribute her book.
This does not mean you can’t resell the book. That’s not what a license means. What it means is you can’t go to Kinkos, make copies of the book, and sell it in a bookstore. You are perfectly free to sell your own copy of the book that you bought at a bookstore.
There’s a difference than the object that contains the copyrighted material (your book) and the copyright itself. The transfer of the book to you did not transfer any of the copyright to you. You just bought a copy. Under the “first sale doctrine,” you are perfectly free to resell the book.

In the photocopy someone gave me from the book “Blessing or Curse,” the author listed that contacting the dead as demonic. Also, I read in “Joy Unspeakable” by JI Packer, that we should never lift experience or what we think the Holy Spirit tells us over what is written in the Bible. In the photocopy, the author also states that playing hypnotic music is demonic. There are many preachers who do that. For example, it’s usually played at communion in many church services. I used to use that kind of music to help me go to sleep and stay asleep through the racket of noisy neighbors. Those of you familiar with my condition can see why I experimented to find a treatment since what I have is beyond medical science and religion.
