Question: Anybody know of a good love story to read? (read discriptionnnn.)?
First off, yes from reading this, you will discover that
i am VERY picky about the books i read.
not quite picky about anything else,
but novels, yesss. ;3 please continue if you dare…
okay, DO NOT name any of these books:
Twilight
New Moon
Eclipse, (basically anything by stephenie meyer)
Romeo & Juliet
The Notebook (ugh)
Wuthering Heights
Any vampire stories
Anything fantasy
P.S. I Love You
Tuckeverlasting
Anything by Sarah Dessen
A Walk To Remember
Anything by Nicholas Sparks
the main reason why i listed those is because i
have read all of em and am tired of people listing them.
i want to read a story where i can relate to the characters.
something real, not a total fairy tail.
I’m not looking for something 6th grader would read,
but nothing a 30-year-old woman would find interesting either.
Something within my age range (from 15 — 19)
A book about a high school girl/guy/couple.
Maybe she moves away, or one of em dies, like in
the book Kissed By An Angel, something like that.
Nothing that has to do with vampires. please.
I am looking for something thats maybe a little tragic,
or just kinda sad,
NOT SOMETHING TOTALLY DEPRESSING.
If not a book with a sadish plot,
then something with a dark edge with humor.
Maybe something with a goth guy/girl in it,
something that makes it different.
Kinda like that book “Define, Normal”, it had a goth-type character,
and that’s what made it interesting.
(ugh, i hate saying ‘goth’, but its the only way to
get you to know wut i mean.
Nothing predictable.
Maybe a book that has something to do with music, like
in the book Just Listen. i’d love to read something with that.
And i kinda favor reading books from 1st person point of view.
Heh.. told you i’d be picky.
Sorry, must be kind of annoying.
Well, if you can help,
list as many books as you can that
fit into what you think i may like.
You will recieve 10 big ones.
Thanks! ![]()

I just need help picking 5 songs! I can handle the explaining parts…I mean unless you want to explain them, too! ;D

Question: Could I read David Lewin?
I have strong music theory and composition fundementals and am currently taking Geometery in math class. Although I am very interested in what Lewin has to say, I am afraid the book would be too advanced and a waste of my money. Has anyone read the book “Generalized Musical Intervals and Transformations,” and how hard was it to read.
I am a Freshman in high school.

I’m a music education graduate and am looking to learn guitar, but obviously know how to read music already and have the concept of rhythm, pitch, etc. What’s the best book out there for teaching yourself guitar, while avoiding the “beginning book” stigma of teaching one to read music?
